Ever since I was little I've always preferred sour candy as opposed to sweet; I’ve always found the flavor more bold and exciting. It turns out sour foods are not just a tasty delight but also offer a range of health benefits. From citrus fruits like lemons and limes to fermented foods like yogurt and kimchi, sour foods can positively impact your overall well-being.
